90-Day Return Window
Veld™ offers a generous 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. We believe great products speak for themselves, and 90 days gives you plenty of time to make sure you love what you've received.
- The 90-day period begins on the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.
- Items submitted for return after the 90-day window may not be eligible for a refund. If you're close to the deadline and need an extension, please reach out to us — we're happy to work with you.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required to process any return.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, Veld™ asks that items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition unless the return is due to a defect or damage that occurred during shipping.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts that were included with the order.
- Items must be free from signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.
- All tags and labels should remain attached and intact where applicable.
We understand that you may need to open the packaging to inspect your product. That's perfectly fine — opening the box to examine your purchase will not void your return eligibility, as long as the item itself remains in unused, like-new condition.
Refund Process
We've designed the Veld™ refund process to be quick and hassle-free. Here's how it works:
- Initiate your return — Contact our support team at support@tryveld.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within one business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship your item back — Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can confirm delivery.
- We inspect and process — Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the inspection is complete.
- Receive your refund — Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Veld™ covers return shipping costs for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. A prepaid return label may be available for purchase at a discounted rate during the return process.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, Veld™ may issue a partial refund in the following cases:
- Items returned with obvious signs of use or wear that diminish their condition.
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or components.
- Items returned after the 90-day window at our discretion as a courtesy.
Non-Refundable Items
While Veld™ strives to accept returns on as many products as possible, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards — All Veld™ gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Downloadable or digital products — Due to the nature of digital goods, these items cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
- Final sale items — Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase are excluded from our return policy.
- Personalized or custom-made items — Products that have been customized, engraved, or made to order specifically for you cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products — For health and safety reasons, certain personal care items are non-returnable once opened.

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? Veld™ is happy to help with exchanges. Here's how our exchange process works:
- Contact us at support@tryveld.com and let us know what you'd like to exchange and what you'd prefer instead.
- If the replacement item is the same price, we'll process a straightforward swap at no additional cost beyond return shipping.
- If the replacement item is a different price, we'll either charge the difference or issue a partial refund accordingly.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll offer you the option of a full refund or a store credit so you can order when it's back in stock.
To ensure the fastest turnaround, we recommend initiating your exchange as early as possible. Veld™ will ship your replacement item as soon as we receive and inspect your original return, or sooner in select cases at our discretion.
Store Credit Option
If you're not sure what you'd like instead, Veld™ offers the option of store credit equal to the full value of your returned item. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase at tryveld.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
At Veld™, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, we understand that accidents can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we want to resolve it immediately.
What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged
- Document the damage — Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. This helps us improve our shipping process and file any necessary carrier claims.
- Contact us within 7 days — Email support@tryveld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos you've taken. While our standard return window is 90 days, we ask that damaged or defective items be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- We'll take care of the rest — Veld™ will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost, including free return shipping for the damaged item. If a replacement is not available, we'll issue a full refund.
You will never be asked to pay return shipping for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. That's on us — no questions asked.
Defective Products After Use
If you discover a defect after using your Veld™ product within the 90-day return window, please contact us. We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and are committed to finding a fair resolution, whether that's a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
