The Veld™ name, the Veld™ logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Veld™ or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Veld™. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the trademarks or intellectual property mentioned above. Any unauthorized use of the content or materials on the Service may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws, and other applicable regulations and statutes.

User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or otherwise make available any content through the Service — including but not limited to product reviews, comments, photographs, or other materials ("User Content") — you grant Veld™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a Veld™ account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Veld™ reserves the right to disable any user account at any time, in our sole discretion, for any or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms. You may not create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself without that person's authorization.

5. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through Veld™ are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service that we offer and to discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Service are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Veld™ reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, or handling fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing information, errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Veld™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Veld™ will issue a refund to your original payment method in the amount of the incorrect charge.

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize Veld™ to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled.

Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute Veld™'s acceptance of your order. Veld™ reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receipt. If we cancel an order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Veld™ ships to addresses within the United States and select international destinations as indicated on the Service. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs will be presented to you during the checkout process.

Processing and Delivery Times

Order processing times are separate from shipping transit times. Processing typically takes one to three business days from the date of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Veld™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Veld™ are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Veld™ is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address and needs to be reshipped.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees that may be imposed by their country of destination. Veld™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Veld™ wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy available on our website or contact us at support@tryveld.com for assistance.

All return requests must be initiated within the timeframe specified in our return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging unless otherwise authorized by Veld™. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veld™, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Veld™ to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Service or any products purchased through the Service exceed the amount you have paid to Veld™ in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States Dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Veld™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Veld™ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veld™, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  1. Your use of and access to the Service.
  2. Your violation of any term of these Terms.
  3. Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, property, or privacy right.
  4. Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Dispute Resolution

Veld™ encourages you to contact us first at support@tryveld.com to seek an informal resolution to any dispute before initiating formal proceedings. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Veld™ agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Veld™ agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Veld™.

11. Changes to Terms

Veld™ reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by posting a prominent notice on the Service, sending an email to the address associated with your account, or through other appropriate communication channels.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

The failure of Veld™ to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Veld™.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by Veld™ on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veld™ regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
